Do I need to wear Regency dress?

Regency dress is NOT required! You are welcome to wear festive, formal attire from any era.

Is there an age limit to attend?

There is no age limit to attend the Ball, however persons under the age of 18 must have their own ticket and be accompanied by a parent or guardian who also has a valid ticket.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

If inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel the event, we will notify you as soon as possible. You can also follow our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/jasnacwo) for updates.

If you need to cancel your registration, notify Registration Coordinator Eilanna Price via email at eilannaesp@yahoo.com. A refund, minus any costs already incurred by JASNA CWO on your behalf, will be issued for cancellations received by the registration deadline (December 24, 2024). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline.

We are happy to send a contribution acknowledgement letter for tax declaration purposes if you would like your non-refunded and unused registration fee to become a charitable contribution to JASNA CWO. Please contact JASNA CWO Treasurer Judy McCoy (mccoyjm@sbcglobal.net ) in addition to the registration coordinator to request a contribution acknowledgement.
