JASNA CWO's annual Twelfth Night Ball 

Save the Date: Jan. 9, 2027

Join us for our annual Twelfth Night ball on Saturday, January 9, 2027, from 5 to 9 p.m.at the Armstrong Event Center (121 S. Broadway St., Lebanon, OH 45036). The event includes dinner, Regency Era dancing (with instruction and dance callers), and period card games.

Tickets are $65 per person for JASNA and English Country Dance members and $70 per person for non-members. Space is limited, so reserve your spot soon! The deadline to register is Dec. 31, 2026.

Evenbrite ticket purchase will be available soon. You can also register by sending a check, made out to JASNA CWO, along with your name, conact information, and meal choice, to Mary Ann Gasior, 2727 Old Whipp Court, Centerville, OH 45440. 

Dinner will be a choice of buffet line or vegetarian baked squash (indicate your choice when registering).

Buffet line meal: Roasted turkey breast, herb crusted pork loin, sauteed green beans (contains butter), mashed Yukon potatoes.

Vegetarian meal: Acorn squash (vegetarian and gluten free) stuffed with quinoa, dried cranberries, fresh herbs and walnuts.

All meals include garden salad with dressing on the side (ranch or white balsamic vinegar), fresh-baked yeast rolls, bundt cake, coffee, tea, and punch.

Dress: Festive, formal attire from any era.

Timeline:

5:00 - 5:30 arrival

5:30 - 6:30 dinner

6:30 - 7:00 break

7:00 - 9:00 dancing and cards

Please note: The Armstrong Event Center will follow state and local guidelines for any COVID response needed, such as masks. Currently, masks are not needed.

Cancellation/Refund policy:

If inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel the event, we will notify you as soon as possible. You can also follow our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/jasnacwo) for updates.

If you need to cancel your registration, notify Registration Coordinator Mary Ann Gasior via email at gasiormaryann@yahoo.com. A refund, minus any costs already incurred by JASNA CWO on your behalf, will be issued for cancellations received by the registration deadline (December 31, 2026). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline.

We are happy to send a contribution acknowledgement letter for tax declaration purposes if you would like your non-refunded and unused registration fee to become a charitable contribution to JASNA CWO. Please contact JASNA CWO Treasurer Katrinia Trace (kmtrace@twc.com) in addition to the registration coordinator to request a contribution acknowledgement.
