Chawton in Columbus: Columbus Reading Group

Upcoming Meetings:

 Dear Janeites,

Happy New Year!  We toasted Jane on the 250th anniversary of her birthday.


Our next Chawton in Columbus meeting will be Sunday, February 8, at 1:30 PM at the Northern Lights Library (Meeting Room 2), 4093 Cleveland Avenue. 


We will be discussing Northanger Abbey, Volume 1, Chapters 1-15.  Because we were unable to meet in November, we will hear from members who attended the AGM in Baltimore and from Colleen Gleason who had the good fortune to spend Jane Austen’s 250th anniversary celebration in England.

Let us know by February 1 if you are planning to attend.  Thank you.

We’ll have hot water, a variety of teas, cups, plates and napkins.  You are welcome to bring food to share with others if you wish.
